Insurance Producer
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and producing new insurance policies and accounts. You will also play a critical part in ensuring the retention of existing accounts through renewals and ongoing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Client Follow-up: Provide immediate follow-up on client referrals to ensure a seamless transition to new business.

Prospecting & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients, identify business needs, and propose appropriate insurance products and services.

Account Acquisition: Actively pursue new business by generating leads and creating interest through client engagement.

Risk Management Consultation: Offer professional risk management advice to prospective clients, helping them understand the value of tailored insurance solutions.

Quotation & Proposal Management: Gather necessary information to prepare insurance quotations and market accounts to a variety of carriers.

Presentation & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients to close sales and meet company objectives.

Premium Collections & Payment Coordination: Work with clients to ensure timely premium payments and manage collections when necessary.

Industry Knowledge & Education: Stay updated on industry trends and regulations; pursue ongoing education and professional development.

Client Satisfaction: Follow up with insured clients to ensure satisfaction with their coverage and assess future insurance needs.

Revenue Impact: Drive company revenue by acquiring new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to secure renewals.
Experience

Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years of recent customer service experience.

Insurance or Sales Background: 1–2 years of insurance experience or sales experience preferred.

Outbound Marketing & Lead Generation: Proven success in outbound marketing and securing first appointments with prospects.

CRM Experience: Experience using a CRM database, especially Hawksoft, is highly preferred.

Education

Education: Associates degree or higher preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent will be considered.

Licensing: A Property & Casualty Insurance license is required. Life, Health, and Disability licenses are highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate if unlicensed.

Continuing Education: A strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development is essential.

Compensation

Salary $35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
