Customer Account Manager(CAM)

As a CAM, you will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention for our agency. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are addressed with professionalism and care. Your role is vital in adding credibility and offering solutions for any concerns or inquiries they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Properly route incoming customer requests, related to quotes, claims, policy service requests, and other inquiries. Making sure to gather all relevant information.

  • Conduct audits to identify policies that are not in compliance and assist customers who may be at risk of policy termination.

  • Review policy coverage with clients to ensure they are adequately protected.

  • Reach out to customers to schedule policy reviews and ensure their needs are being met.

  • Send personalized birthday wishes to customers via phone, email, or mail, strengthening client relationships.

  • Follow up with customers for the onboarding processs.

  • Handle payment processing for policyholders.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of recent customer service experience (Insurance experience is preferred).

  • Proven success in providing excellent customer service.

  • Experience with an AMS database; familiarity with Hawksoft is highly preferred.

  • Must be able to pass a background check

Education

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is also acceptable.

  • Property & Casualty insurance license required. Life, Health, and Disability insurance licenses are a plus.

  • If not already licensed, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Skills and 
Abilities

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and professional.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.

  • A strong desire to succeed and a willingness to continuously learn.

  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to process complex information.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Salary $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience 

  • Plus commission
